Who provides the roadside assistance?
Services are dispatched and fulfilled by our provider, HONK Technologies, through a nationwide network of licensed, professional roadside providers. Jerry helps you request and track your service.
Do I need a Jerry membership to get help?
No. You can request one-time roadside service right from this page without signing up for anything. If you’d rather be covered before something goes wrong, you can sign up for a Jerry Roadside Assistance membership in the Jerry app.
Will this affect my car insurance rates?
No. Jerry Roadside Assistance is offered as a separate service and is not part of your insurance. Requesting roadside assistance will not affect your insurance premium.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong with my dispatch?
If you are in an unsafe situation, immediately call 911. For any issues related to your active dispatch, such as your provider running late, provider didn’t show, or service quality, contact Honk directly at 618-356-3625.
