Will requesting a jump start affect my car insurance rates?
No. Jerry Roadside Assistance is a separate service we offer, not part of your insurance. Requesting a jump start will not affect your insurance premium.
What if my car still won’t start after a jump?
Your battery or another part may need to be replaced. You can request a tow to a nearby shop right from the app.
Do I need to be with my car?
Yes. Please stay with or near your car so the provider can find you and get to your battery.
Do I need a membership to get a jump start?
No. You can request one-time roadside service without signing up for anything and pay only for what you use. If you’d rather be covered before something goes wrong, you can get a Jerry Roadside Assistance membership in the Jerry app.
