I’ve just purchased a brand new Volkswagen Jetta and my fuel tank is finally running low. I know I’ll need to refill my tank soon, but I’m not sure how to open the fuel door. Any idea on how to open the fuel door on a Volkswagen Jetta?

  • Go to the back righthand side of your car where you’ll see a small rectangular door. Push on this door and the door will open, revealing the gas cap.
  • Unscrew the gas cap counterclockwise to open the tank. Now you’re ready to refuel!
