How many Subaru Impreza 22Bs were made?
Did Subaru make a lot of Impreza 22B STi models? I know that these vehicles are really rare today, but I’m not sure if that’s because there weren’t a lot of them made or if they were just expensive.

You’re right about them being rare! There were a total of just 400 Subaru Impreza 22B STi models made in 1998, plus three additional pre-production prototypes. This makes the Impreza 22B STi one of the rarest Subaru models out there.
This vehicle was a special edition of the
Subaru Impreza WRX STi
manufactured to celebrate Subaru’s 40th anniversary. Now, in 2022, these models typically go for between $300,000 and $400,000 due to how rare they are.The Impreza 22B STi was also only manufactured for the Japanese market, though, so you’ll need to learn how to drive on the right-hand side of the vehicle if you dream of owning this vehicle yourself. Since the Impreza 22B STi was also manufactured overseas, you may need to pay to ship the car to the U.S. as well.
