If Jiffy Lube caused damage to my car, who should pay for the tow bill?

My oil pan was punctured as a result of some faulty mechanic work by Jiffy Lube. I had to tow my car and now I'm wondering who should pay for my tow bill, Jiffy Lube or my car insurance company?

“If you have documentation that Jiffy Lube did indeed cause the damage, it’s worthwhile to contact the company over your
car insurance
company.
You can contact the manager and let them know the situation. Reputable businesses have
liability insurance
to cover any damages or injuries they may cause.
They should fix the damage for you as long as it’s proven their work caused the damage. They may also offer to reimburse you for the towing costs.
Towing and labor coverage on your car insurance policy may help cover the cost of towing, but it doesn’t usually pay to replace the damaged parts.
Depending on your coverage, you may be eligible to have your towing costs reimbursed.”
