Why is my Toyota Tundra making a ticking noise?

could be making a ticking noise for a few different reasons, all of which could be harmful to your truck’s engine if not addressed timely. One of the most common causes for the ticking noise is low oil level or low oil pressure which is often the result of an oil leak. Motor oil keeps your Tundra’s engine well-lubricated and running smoothly. When the oil is low or there’s insufficient oil pressure, the components of your engine can overheat and break.
